FTA's Essential Treasurer Melbourne Email Us

This event will kick off with a presentation on the role of the Treasurer, relative to CFO, strategy and stakeholder communications.

Following on senior representatives from EY will provide their expertise on technically based content including financial reporting covering AASB9 implementation & new leasing standard,  as well as address tax and transfer pricing and why treasurers need to work more closely with their commercial and tax functions. They will also provide attendees with the need to know essentials on financial regulation and how this will impact on treasurers in 2015.

ET will also feature a presentation by Reval including a corporate treasurer’s case study covering cash management and technology – delegates will learn the value of adding and protecting in a disrupted low growth and interest rate environment.

Finally, Westpac will discuss the importance of capital and funding strategies including assessing optimal funding mixes and the duration of outstanding debt/issuance, all in light of the changing corporate and counter party realities.
