Science on the Swan 2018

The Science on the Swan Organising Committee recognises the importance of promoting local research and practice amongst students, early and mid career researchers and clinical trainees.

We know there are many passionate, highly skilled scientists and health practitioners in Western Australia working across the disciplinary spectrum to deliver outcomes in relation to chronic disease management, brain development and mental health and Aboriginal health and wellbeing across the State.

The organising committee invites abstracts from all health and medical scientists across the spectrum of the 2018 Science on the Swan research themes.

Presentations at the 2018 Science on the Swan conference will take two forms:

  • Poster presentations are open to all scientists and health professionals wishing to showcase their work
  • The Inaugural Rising star awards
