To facilitate the collection of the Tuition Protection Service (TPS) Levy in 2018, the TPS Director, Mr Vipan Mahajan, will be conducting information sessions on the annual TPS Levy for all CRICOS providers. The sessions will be held in Melbourne, Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra.
The sessions will inform providers about the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies - Risk Rated Premium and Special Tuition Protection Components) Instrument 2017, which was finalised on15 December 2017.
Following the TPS Levy information session, providers will also receive updates on:
- The recent reforms to the ESOS framework, such as the implementation of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 and the ELICOS Standards 2018; and
- The Overseas Students Ombudsman on their role and recent work (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth sessions only).

You may register only one person per form. There is a maximum of two attendees per provider.
The presentations provided in each session will contain the same information and will be available on the TPS website upon completion of all sessions.
